Sustainable Knowledge Corridor – Stay Connected and Engage!

As many of you know, the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission is currently working with the Capital Region Council of Governments and Central Connecticut Regional Planning Agency on an expansive Sustainable Knowledge Corridor Initiative.  This is a multi-faceted three – year Sustainable Communities Initiative grant from the Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Last week, we launched our new website for the Sustainable Knowledge Corridor at www.sustainableknowledgecorridor.org. We encourage you to take every opportunity to track our progress on-line, share your own ideas for how we can grow more sustainably as a region, and generally stay connected.  Here are four ways to plug into the initiative:

* Visit the website at www.sustainableknowledgecorridor.org

* Add your voice on regional priorities by taking the MetroQuest Regional Priorities Survey at  www.skc.metroquest.com

* “Like” us on Facebook – New England’s Sustainable Knowledge Corridor

* Follow us on Twitter @NewEngland_SKC  #KnowCo

Also, please feel free to help us spread the word about this project by posting a link to www.sustainableknowledgecorridor.org on your own website and sharing with your networks.

Happy holidays, and we look forward to working together on this exciting project in 2012!
