Tornado Disaster Jazz Jam Fundraiser Wed June 8 at Montenia’s Restaurant

Guitarist Patrick Ferguson has organized a jazz jam on Wednesday June 8th at Montenia’s restaurant located at 137 State Street in Springfield, MA from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM to raise money for the Pioneer Valley AFL-CIO’s charitable organization, the Union Community Fund, to help ease the financial burden on those unfortunate families that suffered life-changing setbacks as a result of the tornados that devastated our region.

Shown below is a link to the restaurant and a posting on craigslist regarding the event.  I’ll be there with my bass and amplifier and Steve Devine will be there with his drum set so rhythm section players can show up with minimal equipment.
