Green Consortium: Planning Charette

Saturday August 28th from 8am to 1:30pm, Western Mass Green Consortium is a hosting a planning charrette to follow-up the “info barrier."

How Community Collaboration

The near-term goal of Project Retrofit is to stimulate demand for energy efficient retrofit work while augmenting the
supply of energy efficient retrofit competent workers in the Pioneer Valley. The long-term goal is to create and perfect a
collaborative community model and make available for use in other regions.

Project Retrofit will provide tools and programs to build market demand, dovetail advanced on-site trainings with existing
educational programs and bridge the communication gap between existing contractors and the newly trained workforce.

9:15-10:15 Presentation about “Green Mentorship Programs” (GMP)
10:00-10:15 Break- Coffee and Snacks
10:15-12:30 Breakout groups, feedback on “GMP” and additional ideas: (30 minutes each)
