And (drum rolls)... here's the plan. Many thanks to the dozens of people who poured their hearts and souls into creating this plan for us! And now it's time to make this a living document... not one that just sits on a shelf somewhere...

Go to "Documents" on the bottom left of this screen to download your copy.

Please take some time to review it. Find the pages that give suggestions written for you - find the pages that best fit you depending on if you're a municipal leader, a homeowner, a business owner, an energy committee member, etc.

And then, please sign in here to talk about the things that will make this plan easy to implement and the blocks we may encounter going forward. [file]

Catherine -
I want to congratulate you on an incredible document. The Town of Amherst was more than happy to endorse the plan. Much of what we have been doing in meeting our Climate Action Plan goals are consistent with those actions in the PV Clean Energy Plan. I would think that for Towns that do not have a Climate Action Plan, this document will give them the guidance and focus they need to move in the direction of reducing energy use, utilizing renewable energy and ultimately reducing CO2 emissions. Certainly those of us who have already been working on these goals can serve as additional support for others. I look forward to working on regional efforts and thank you and the document's contributors for an excellent framework.
