   From 8 to 9pm on Saturday, October 20th, all non-essential lights will be turned off and they're hoping the entire city will participate. For more information on "1-night, 1-hour and 1-bulb" go to www.lightsoutsf.org Plus, March 29, 2008 will be Lights Out America!         |
