The Greening Greenfield Energy Committee (GGEC) is a citizen committee started in 2005 to work toward building a sustainable Greenfield so that current and future generations can sustain and enjoy life in this beautiful and abundant valley we call home.

In February, 2007, the GGEC launched the Greening Greenfield campaign in collaboration with the Town of Greenfield to

• create a collective vision for Greenfield's future
• write and implement a living document called a Sustainability Plan that will include a Climate Action Plan.

This video was filmed Sun, Oct 21, 2007 at the Ice Cream Social we held to thank Mayor Forgey, Bart's Homemade Ice Cream and Bart's Cafe which hosted the event, and over 120 people who invested $12,000 in the Clean Energy Choice Program.
