The FEMA Voluntary Agency Liasons, along with their State of MA partners have a unique opportunity for you to participate in a training offered only to voluntary agencies, faith based and non-profits who will be assisting in long term tornado recovery. Please do not miss out on these no cost trainings that can directly assist the affected community members. The trainings are offered as a gift to the organizations who are assisting our affected communities through a collaboration of nationally trained and experienced instructors from Church World Service, Presbyterian Disaster Ministries, Lutheran Disaster Services and United Methodists. This week please plan to attend, or send others from your group to one of the following:

http://cwserp.org/

Each session will provide information specific to the long term recovery work groups. You will learn tips and tools to use in volunteer management when repairing or rebuilding homes, case management organization, how organizations can work with FEMA around confidentiality avoiding duplication of benefits, caregiver and Pastoral Spiritual and Emotional care for survivors of disaster, donations management for stuff and coordinating for financial donations.

We have room for 60 participants and urge you to help us reach that number in each training.

The Salvation Army will provide lunch at each session. Thank you for this gift!

Together we can help with disaster recovery.

Hope to see you at a training session!
